1. About NightGate
NightGate is a nightlife discovery platform that users with verified venues, events, and experiences. The platform is operated by NightGate Ltd.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use NightGate. By accessing the platform you confirm you meet this requirement. Some venues or events may have higher age restrictions (21+), which are set by and the responsibility of the respective venue.
3. Verified Venue Listings
Every venue featured on NightGate has entered into a formal partnership agreement and has given explicit confirmation of their participation. We do not list any venue without their written consent and verification. This guarantees that every listing represents a legitimate, active venue that has agreed to our quality standards.
4. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not transfer or share your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account.
5. Prohibited Activities
You must not: provide false or misleading information; attempt to access other users' accounts; scrape or automate data collection from the platform; post unlawful, defamatory, or infringing content; or attempt to circumvent any security measures.
6. Limitation of Liability
NightGate is a discovery and information platform. We are not responsible for cancelled or modified events, or for any incidents occurring at venues. Entry decisions, dress code enforcement, and on-premise rules are at the sole discretion of each venue.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Georgia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Georgia.
1. Age Requirements
Users must be 18 or older to access NightGate. Venues independently set their own minimum age requirements, typically 18+ or 21+. It is your responsibility to verify venue-specific requirements before attending.
2. Venue Rules and Entry
Each venue operates under its own rules regarding dress code, conduct, and entry conditions. NightGate displays this information where available, but compliance is the visitor's responsibility. NightGate accepts no liability for denied entry or removal from a venue.
3. Verified Partnership Model
Every venue listed on NightGate has completed our official partnership process and provided explicit confirmation of their participation. We do not add venues unilaterally. If you represent a venue and wish to be listed, please visit our Coming Soon page to apply for partnership.
4. Community Conduct
All users are expected to engage respectfully with the platform and other community members. Harassment, hate speech, discriminatory behaviour, or any form of abuse will result in immediate account suspension.
5. User-Submitted Content
Any reviews, photos, or other content you submit must be truthful, original, and must not violate third-party intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or applicable laws.
6. Enforcement
Violations of these rules may result in content removal, temporary suspension, or permanent ban from the platform, at NightGate's sole discretion.
